While the Master Outline is designed to be a one stop shop, it cannot replace all the materials out there on ATC. Additionally it is not designed to duplicate material already in existence which adequately explains specific concepts. Finally the master outline has been created to include references in order to enhance your knowledge of the materials. The following references will be referenced numerous times in this document.
